I purchased this dining set years ago and never left a review until now. The table and chairs are both rock solid and heavy wood, well built and other than being heavy, have not had any problem with them at all. In case you are wondering, it IS solid wood underneath the painted "wood grain" on the table top. Over time I got tired of the look of it and decided to take a risk and strip and refinish it. Wish I had read the description a little more as I didn't realize the white parts are metal but other than that it is perfect! Only complaint is that the table was a bit wobbly; thankfully each leg comes with a foot stabilizer that I could unscrew to a length that wouldn't make it wobble anymore.
