Beautiful dining set. Unfortunately one of the benches arrived damaged (visible through ripped packaging). I was in touch with customer service and was told that a replacement part will be shipped to my address. After a couple of minutes the representative told me that unfortunately no replacement parts are available for this dining set and that Wayfair can schedule a repair technician to come to our place. We bought this table about two years ago. In some ways, it was the exact table I wanted--smooth top, no leaves, able to seat six. Also, you can set a glass on it and it's OK--it does not get a white ring with a few minutes of condensation, which is great. However, the finish is not that hard. After only two years, it is already very nicked up, which is disappointing. We have the dark wood color, so the nicks really show. But overall, I'm pretty happy with it for daily use in my kitchen..
