Beautiful dining set. Unfortunately one of the benches arrived damaged (visible through ripped packaging). I was in touch with customer service and was told that a replacement part will be shipped to my address. After a couple of minutes the representative told me that unfortunately no replacement parts are available for this dining set and that Wayfair can schedule a repair technician to come to our place. Still waiting for someone to get in touch for scheduling. Might need to ask for a discount or other benefit while being stuck with a damaged item which wasn’t my fault.. Anonymous. Wed May 28 2025

These chairs are a great match for my table and I’m really happy with them. The color is perfect, they feel sturdy, and they were easy to put together.
