Absolutely beautiful and well made item! I got a pair of these a few years ago for my den and love them so much I got another pair for my bedroom recently. I got lots of compliments on them. Wood is very pretty in there extremely well made and sturdy. There were also expertly packed so they're absolutely no dings on them when they arrived. Highly recommend them. Fantastic Table, with an absurd amount of package padding

I purchased this to go between two storage ottomans, as a snack / drink table for our game room, and it was the perfect size! We needed something slim enough to fit in our limited space, tall enough to clear the tops of our ottomans, and sturdy on carpet. This fit the bill for all three criterea (carpet sturdiness took 20 seconds of modification - see below)
Its extremely sturdy, built well, and visually appealing. My only complaints really are that the adjustable feet bolts had to be removed for carpet stability (easy to fix) and the package arrived with soooooo much packaging waste. I appreciate the dedication to providing adequate padding for the package, but this was packaged to survive being dropped off a cliff.
The box is three times the size of the actual item (arrived fully assembled), and once the table is removed I am left with a massive box filled with enough padding to bubble-wrap a small car. Also, the padding material used does, as others have mentioned, give off an unusual vomit / cat-pee scent. Thankfully it's only on the padding, as the table itself smells pleasantly of wood and varnish.

Beautiful sturdy side table which I love to use when sitting in the living room to have dinner instead of using the dining table. No assembly necessary, that is always a blessing. But I have to say, although appreciated for the protection of the item being transported, the super secure packaging was a challenge. It took me a good 10 minutes to unwrap all the layers. But, in the end, it was worth the work and adrenaline to unveil the stunning side table which is perfect for small places. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an extra side table that has style as well as purpose.

I am in love with these tables!! I got the dark cognac color and they look so nice in our living room! We have a very large sectional couch that takes up most of our living room, so I needed some low profile tables that wouldn’t take up any of the very little space we had left. These are perfect for that purpose! I also love the fact that no matter which spot I choose to sit in on the couch, I can have the table right next to me or even over my knees if I’m writing in my planner or having a snack! They are a little on the pricey side for just a slab of wood and some metal, but if you look at other comparable tables, most are similarly priced but made of cheap manufactured wood with an artificial wood look. These are solid wood and very sturdy! They came very well packaged and already assembled, and it was just a matter of taking them out of the box. I 100% recommend these tables! We have some other products sold by simplihome and all have been very well made and hold up very well to use over time.
