    We bought this ottoman coffee table because we have two crazy toddlers who kept tripping into the wooden table. This coffee table has certainly helped fix that, since it's so soft. It also looks excellent in the living room, it's an almost perfect match with the couch color. It also has great storage space, and holds plenty of books and blankets and stuffed animals. However the top is not sturdy at all when the pillow side is up. My kids tend to climb on it, and immediately the insides of the squares will drop downward. I've tried every position for the pillows, and have concluded that the sides holding it up are just not wide enough. Even my cats fall into the table if they climb on it. When flipped, the tray tops do not have the same problem. They are very sturdy, and also very convenient to take out and use on your lap for lazy couch dinners. So all in all it's a very decent storage table for the price, as long as no kids or cats climb on it!

    Looks great and has lots of storage, but trays are not sturdy

    We bought this ottoman coffee table because we have two crazy toddlers who kept tripping into the wooden table. This coffee table has certainly helped fix that, since it's so soft. It also looks excellent in the living room, it's an almost perfect match with the couch color. It also has great storage space, and holds plenty of books and blankets and stuffed animals. However the top is not sturdy at all when the pillow side is up. My kids tend to climb on it, and immediately the insides of the squares will drop downward. I've tried every position for the pillows, and have concluded that the sides holding it up are just not wide enough. Even my cats fall into the table if they climb on it. When flipped, the tray tops do not have the same problem. They are very sturdy, and also very convenient to take out and use on your lap for lazy couch dinners. So all in all it's a very decent storage table for the price, as long as no kids or cats climb on it!

This ottoman looks amazing. The material is extremely soft to the touch. Cushion is soft as well. I was able to sit on it comfortably. It is sturdy. There’s a lot of space inside for games, pillows, blanket and more. If you’re thinking about getting it, just go for it. The ottoman was a little more pricer than others, it’s worth it. I’m 100% satisfied.

    The Ottoman arrived today, sooner than expected!! It was packaged very well for protection during the shipping process. It is a beautiful Ottoman and very well made. There was no set up required and I was able to get it unpacked and placed in my living room without help. I ordered the black and it looks as expected. The stitching on the cushions is very nicely done. The structure is very solid, no wobbling. When you remove the cushions/trays the inside is completely open and provides ample storage. It is also easy to move around. We have wood flooring and it easily slides on the surface without leaving marks. I shopped around at furniture stores before making this purchase and this is absolutely great value for the cost. I would highly recommend making the purchase if you are thinking about this item. If this is an example of furniture from Simpli Home I would happily buy products from them in the future.

    We really love this table. We replaced our coffee table with this storage ottoman due to the fact that we have small children; so the soft, round edges are a better option. It is great quality. All 4 sections flip over into trays to make it a fully functional coffee table and there is plenty of storage space underneath. Very happy with this purchase.

    We bought this coffee table as we have a new baby in the house and it works like a coffee table. Can't expect much more than that! I find that I always have a couple of the panels flipped over to the hard side as i can't be bothered to keep switching it over & it's impossible to do one-handed. Imagine walking into the living room with your hot coffee and now you have nowhere to put it down because it's all soft top! Unless you add a serving tray to the top...which defeats the purpose of the flip trays. Sturdy and easy to put together (all we had to do was put the feet on).
