After having searched for weeks for a particular size for a fireplace, I was so happy to find this screen which comes in a few sizes. The size is just right and the stability of the braces at the bottom are a good weight. I love that the screen is not divided which obstructs the view of the logs, gas in this case. The one thing that I think they could fix is that at the top where the screen is connected to the frame, there are little staples or screws and there is the tiniest piece of metal that is sharp. It would be good if they could sand, file or somehow eliminate that to eliminate that piece being a slight hazard. I would not return it because of this but you can feel it, although not discern much from the picture below. Moving it, a person could catch the skin on a finger. I have grandchildren, so it is my job to worry about this kind of thing and always avoid the possibility of needing a tetnus shot!
