I’m very happy with this. It’s functional, looks good and not too loud. We were looking for something to serve as a bar and store sheet music. The shelf height is not adjustable, and the clearance between shelves is not enough to fit most bottles or music books, so we put only one shelf in rather than two. These accent tables are beautiful and a perfect fit for my setup. I got them because of their height, to use as nightstands. I have a platform bed that is 12” and my mattress and box spring are 24”, making the top of my mattress sit at 36”. Taking everything out of the box for assembly made it look like it was going to be a nightmare but it was actually rather smooth. The steps are only shown in graphics and has no words. My tip would be to look at where the holes are on the images to make sure you have whatever board you are working on turned in the right direction. The only small complaint I have is that one of the chest handles on one of the nightstands is slightly off center. Most people probably wouldn’t notice it at first glance, but I can see it and it bugs me. The holes are pretty-drilled and so there wasn’t much the assembler could do.
