Overall it looks good in the room. My wife wanted a clean look, no wires and the piece works. It's was a little difficult to hang by myself, but managed with 3 - 5 gal buckets. Very nice piece. Not exactly what I would consider "solid wood" but it looks great as part of my home theater. First delivery was discovered damaged literally the day before final delivery and it took more than a month to get the replacement, so that was a bummer ... but it all worked out in the end. This 3-piece entertainment center offers ample storage and display space for your living room. With a smooth console top, it accommodates TVs up to 75" or can be used to showcase decorative items. Made from engineered wood with a rustic finish, this large media center complements decor styles from French country to traditional. We love how the open shelving is great for displaying accent pieces or succulents. Plus, it comes with cable management in the back to organize those pesky wires.

The product is good, but not great. Presumably, the machining tolerances are not tight enough at the factory that makes these products as the spacing between door panels and hinge alignment varies greatly: some door panels have a small gap between them, while others fit together a bit too snugly. Additionally, some hinges are flush against the wood framing, and others are slightly misaligned. It's not a glaring issue, but it is noticeable. On top of that, the back paneling on all three pieces is flimsy particle board with some sort of wallpaper-like veneer that peels up on the edges and looks cheap when viewed up close. On the entertainment center, you have to take great care when punching out the perforated vents or the veneer will peal up there as well and it looks atrocious. All in all, it's a functional piece that does meet expectations as long as those expectations have factored in the price of the furniture and it's country of origin (China).. Anonymous.
