For a mechanical desk that rises, it was actually quite easy to build. Really enjoy that it isn’t huge so it doesn’t take up too much space in my tiny apartment, but still enough space to fit one or two monitors. Feels very sleek as well. My one flag is that this desk got lost twice in shipping so it was delayed for a few weeks. It also scratches easily as the top is glass so be careful when taking it out of the box.. Brynn Paul. The frame was easy. I was so proud of myself. Then reality sets in. The desk portion ships separately with a SEPARATE instruction book. That causes some confusion from step 7 in book 1 to step 1 in book 2. The QR code video was not available. That was a tease and the feeling of disappointment was akin to dropping your ice cream cone after the first lick. I skipped the Hyrogliphics class in school so the picture book caused some frustration and confusion. One of the drawers is uneven. For the first time in your life, it’s not you. It’s them. Thank the lordt my fiancé is handy because I was about to YEET the entire thing out the window. With two people it’s manageable and you’ll move faster and it’ll make more sense. Looked great after it is all put together. Tough to put together because there was a step that needed 2 people. And not all the parts were clearly numbered. I missed a step where one of the backsplash thingies was supposed to align a hole to something but since that part was more decorative than structural, I just created a hole where the screw was going to be.
