I really love this light! Our kitchen is dated, so until we do a full remodel I’m making small changes. This is a perfect size for the light above our kitchen sink. The overall design pays tribute to the factory lighting of the 19th century. The exposed structure and unadorned materials highlight the industrial spirit of "function is aesthetics". Suitable for lofts, cafes or studies, the warm yellow light projects interlaced light and shadow through the gaps of the hemp ropes, creating a retro yet warm industrial atmosphere. When turned on at night, it is like a floating array of lights from an old workshop, infusing the space with a rough yet romantic nostalgic atmosphere. This ceiling lamp is inspired by the rugged industrial aesthetic, integrating retro elements with modern practical design. The ironwork ceiling panels are paired with sturdy hemp ropes, recreating the tough style of early factory workshops. Each lamp head is suspended by hand-woven flax ropes. The natural texture of the ropes contrasts sharply with the cold and stern feel of the ironwork, presenting a rugged yet handcrafted warmth. The hemp rope naturally hangs down from the circular iron plate. The design of varying lengths adds a visual layering effect and is suitable for Spaces with higher ceilings.

This is a very cool light - its large so make sure you have enough room to spread it out. The bulbs were not included (not sure if they should have been since there was actually 1 in the box). the ropes are pretty thick and the installation was ok - other than you did have to tie in the wires for all 8. the ropes had a bit of an odd smell but that went away in a day or two.
