Original: This table worked perfectly for a small space. I love the adjustability of dropping the leaves or opening as needed. I bought 4 nice folding chairs from Bed Bath and Beyond and two end chairs that I can use to get the full 6 seats from this table. I stow away the folding chairs in the closet when not needed. Overall it’s a beautiful and functional sturdy table.
Note for assembly: make sure to look at the little sticker on the edges that says “up”!! The felted padding on the ends is for the table not the floor. We assembled upside-down and had to redo which was annoying. There is nothing noted about that in the instructions, so trying to save others from our pain!

Great table!
I was on the hunt for the perfect table for our smallish space that would allow us to have a dining table while also making the most of a small area. There's only two of us living here so we don't need a full sized table most of the time but I wanted something that would give me the option of making it bigger if I so desired (like when we have guests over). This table fits the space perfectly and I'm so happy we found it! The fact that you can choose between 3 different sizes for this table is awesome! I can put both sides down and make it into a smaller "display things on me" table and no one just walking through the room would even realize it was able to become our full sized dining table as well! We recently had my family over for Easter and all 6 of us were able to comfortably sit around the fully expanded table and enjoy the holiday meal together. It was a breeze to wipe down, clean and collapse into it's smaller version and move back against the wall after the meal. I'm in love with this table and if you have a smaller space but you still want the option of making the table bigger whenever you want, then this is the table for you. P.S. my cat approves so that's how you know it's good ;)

I love love love this table. It's absolute perfection in design, looks, function, and size. It fits perfectly in my small space and folds away easily, leaving our room open so as not to block the pathway to the kitchen. Assembly was just a mite tricky, but not hard in the execution once we figured it out (two people are ideal, although one person could assemble by themselves). Took about 1/2 hour even with our mistakes. Some of the reviews had me worried but all the hardware was sufficient (and some extra screws were provided) and all the holes lined up perfectly. Great quality, solid piece.

This table would have been fairly simple to put together IF THE HARDWARE WASN’T MISLABELED. One assembled (finally), it’s a nice looking piece so I would t want to deter you from purchasing. Hopefully this will be helpful with assembly:
1. Pieces labeled “C” and “D” were labeled in reverse. This was immediately obvious since one is a tool and the other screws.
2. Pieces “A” and “F” are similar screws of slightly different length. Unfortunately the factory jumbled them together so I had 4 of piece “F” and 1 “A” labeled “A” and a handful of “A’s” in F. This was a disaster. I finally realized what went wrong after a whole lot of trial and error and taking the thing apart and starting over.
3. The instructions are just photos. Pay attention to the bottom base piece and make sure the side with 3 holes is at the bottom. This is where the feet pop in.
4. After installing the feet, you are to put the table on its feet and tighten the hex nuts. (You may need 2 people to get it in its feet). Tightening the nuts proved impossible for me. Every time I tried to tighten them, the screw came loose, making the table more wobbly. I gave up on this step.
In the end, the table is pretty sturdy when extended, but wobbles when folded down. This is due to the feet not being tightly secured. I may give a go at tightening them one day, with help.
On the positive side, the table looks good, all holes were in the right places and it’s good quality for the price. Hopefully the manufacturer will correct the labeling issue or fire the evil demon who sprinkles A screws into F. Best of luck!

Mostly the table appears as a simple shelf behind a sofa.
Put one flap up and it seats 4, 2 flaps and a comfortable dining table for 6.
Fantastic value and looks good.
I (female, 4'10" late 60s) built it alone though instructions could have been a little more explicit in the drawings.
So pleased I bought this.
