Very high quality fan - nice and heavy. Blades are nicely balanced with no vibration. Installation was a bit harder than it should have been. Very difficult to line up the small screws to replace the cover over the electrical. Also, the brushed nickel finish seems to be a bit soft - more like a painted finish. No problem once it is installed - just be careful with the metal pieces during installation.
