I ordered this piece in navy for my bathroom. Looks fabulous- like a custom piece! Very sturdy and the finish is gorgeous!

Looks nice but the quality is awful. Door was broken off and pull out drawer doesn't close. For the cost of this piece I would expect better.

The overall appearance is very nice. The The construction is pressboard which did not lend well to shipping and may be an indicator of its durability. It also came with a manufacturing flaw.

Less than zero. The chest arrived in a ripped, torn, destroyed and useless box not capable of holding pillows. I can only see the top, which of course is damaged, dented and scraped because the box is literally falling apart. Customer service still has not responded to my demand that they pick it up for its return. This NEVER should have been sent, at 145 lbs, via fed ex. This should only have been a white glove delivery. How is a 110 lb woman supposed to carry this? I will never order from birch lane again. Unresponsive, clueless and useless customer service. They will not even call me or let me speak to a person-all communication through email only. $700 - it’s as if I spent $7 dollars.

Item arrived very poorly packaged and extremely damaged. Didn’t even take it completely out of the box the damage was so obvious. Will never order from Joss & Main again.

Item arrived with a chip on the corner. I expect that if I bought it at Home Goods but not for the amount I spent here. Never again.
