  • How to wash: Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean, dry sponge or cloth. When needed, machine wash in coldwater on delicate cycle using a mild, non-bleach detergent. Hang to dry or tumble dry using the delicate setting. Not all rug sizesfit in all machines. About Magnolia Home

  • New rugs may have slight creases or turned edges due to secure packaging. This can last for a few days. To flatten the edges, place a heavy object on the corners or try reverse rolling the rug.

  • The colors of your rug, and how you perceive them, can vary due to a room’s lighting, decor, and your viewing angle.

  • Rugs made of natural fibers, like wool, tend to shed because of loose yarns and the rug’s settling process. This is most common—and expected—when rugs are new, and usually decreases over time. Feel free to trim as needed. This is not a defect.

  • It’s common for rugs made with natural fibers to acquire a smell during shipping due to moisture. Once the rug is unrolled, the scent will fade after a few days, especially if the room is well ventilated.

  • Immediately remove any spills by blotting with a dry cloth. Regular vacuuming will remove embedded dirt and prolong the life of your rug. We recommend removing the beater bar before vacuuming. For deep cleans, use a professional cleaning service.

The Sinclair Collection for Magnolia Home by Joanna Gaines x Loloi is power-loomed of polyester, including 58% Global Recycling Standard (GRS) certified recycled polyester (made from recycled plastic bottles), certified by Control Union 1171944. Sinclair area rugs have incredible softness and durability comparable to classic power-loomed rugs, while also reducing waste in their production. This collection is also machine-washable, making it an ideal rug in high-traffic living rooms, hallways, entryways, and children’s rooms. The design features antique motifs with intricate details and slight distressing, creating a sophisticated, storied feel.

We LOVE this rug!!! we had a another washable rug on Amazon. It was just super thin, would show tile cracks and just would get really dirty and gross. I kept seeing this one and fell in love with it. I was concerned because a lot of the reviews said that the color had a green tint to it and was a lot darker. But then I saw a lot of reviews with a more neutral brown/gray and just decided to try it out. We got it and I opened it up and was a little nervous because I definitely saw the green tint. But I did see a few reviews about letting it sit for like a week and vacuuming it a few times and then the tint would be gone. I will say, if you have a darker area for this rug, it definitely looks a lot darker and a lot warmer. But if you have an area with lots of light, it looks more light and neutral. I uploaded two pictures, one during the day and one at night. It’s super soft, but not like weirdly fuzzy, the wrinkles end up laying flat after a few vacuums. It has a little bit of a nice padding on it too. It does slip around like crazy, so definitely get the rubber mat corners to go underneath.

    The media could not be loaded.
    This isn’t your typical rug, but I am in love with it. I actually like the ‘polyester fleece blanket’ feel of the rug, and I have never been close to slipping on it. I find myself sliding my bare feet across the top when I walk on it because it is so soft. We did put a non slip pad underneath and it has a good cushion to it as well as keeps it in place. My battery operated shark does great on this rug and the edges haven’t shown any signs of wear or pilling. I wouldn’t use a heavy vacuum on the edges because that could cause it to pull and fray. We have had small spills on the rug and the liquid sits on the top and cleans up so easily. I find the colors are subtle- yet rich and add warmth, and could go with many colors schemes or designs. The colors consist of browns, beige, cream, and a charcoal gray blue around the edge. I’ve had every type of rug and weave, even shag and wool, and I am extremely happy with the maintenance and overall appearance of this one. Even the traditional lower pile weave rugs I’ve had all eventually matted down to nothing over time, and they weren’t as soft in the beginning as this one. Would definitely buy it again in the future.

I find myself sliding my bare feet across the top when I walk on it because it is so soft. We did put a non slip pad underneath and it has a good cushion to it as well as keeps it in place. My battery operated shark does great on this rug and the edges haven’t shown any signs of wear or pilling. I wouldn’t use a heavy vacuum on the edges because that could cause it to pull and fray. We have had small spills on the rug and the liquid sits on the top and cleans up so easily. I find the colors are subtle- yet rich and add warmth, and could go with many colors schemes or designs. The colors consist of browns, beige, cream, and a charcoal gray blue around the edge. I’ve had every type of rug and weave, even shag and wool, and I am extremely happy with the maintenance and overall appearance of this one. Even the traditional lower pile weave rugs I’ve had all eventually matted down to nothing over time, and they weren’t as soft in the beginning as this one. Would definitely buy it again in the future.

I will likely purchase one of these again for my other rooms due to how unbelievably soft this thing is!

    It's a very pretty and soft rug at first but it's definitely not the best quality rug it kind of feels like a soft blanket nice but not durable perfect for low traffic areas anywhere else not so much. I had this rug under my bed and it got so worn where you constantly walk that there's very little pattern or softness in those areas it's thin enough that it doesn't interfere with my doors it's also not very easy to clean no washer could fit this let alone trying to get it up and it absorbs a lot of liquid so get an upholstery cleaner. for the money it's a nice rug but don't expect it to last forever and be the most durable thing. full transparency I will be replacing it with something higher quality but for the money and size this rug is sufficient as long as your house isn't a high traffic house.
