Very pretty, incredibly soft underfoot and a good value for the price. I used a 1/2" felt rug pad underneath which has been helpful in contributing to the comfort. I suspect it would lack sufficient cushioning without it. Note: there isn't much "sage" in the antique sage color way but the muted tones of beige, charcoal and a bit of blush tones are lovely nonetheless. I hope it holds up to typical family living room traffic. My only real wish is that it was a true 9 x 12.
