Skye is made of soft polyester that's stain-resistant, fade-resistant, and never sheds.

  • New rugs may have slight creases or turned edges due to secure packaging. This can last for a few days. To flatten the edges, place a heavy object on the corners or try reverse rolling the rug.

  • The colors of your rug, and how you perceive them, can vary due to a room’s lighting, decor, and your viewing angle.

  • Rugs made of natural fibers, like wool, tend to shed because of loose yarns and the rug’s settling process. This is most common—and expected—when rugs are new, and usually decreases over time. Feel free to trim as needed. This is not a defect.

  • It’s common for rugs made with natural fibers to acquire a smell during shipping due to moisture. Once the rug is unrolled, the scent will fade after a few days, especially if the room is well ventilated.

  • Immediately remove any spills by blotting with a dry cloth. Regular vacuuming will remove embedded dirt and prolong the life of your rug. We recommend removing the beater bar before vacuuming. For deep cleans, use a professional cleaning service.

    I bought this for my daughter‘s college room and I couldn’t believe the quality for the cost. It looks like it’s going to be very durable. And easy to clean, which was super important to me. The material is pretty comfortable and I was really surprised that there wasn’t any folds in it when it came. It was rolled up nice and when we folded it out, there was no wrinkles at all. I didn’t have to put anything under it to prevent it from slipping, so that was amazing too. I’d highly recommend this to anyone needing a rug that they need to just put down and use.     Beautiful rug! I purchased this rug to go under my dining table. There was absolutely no removal of the original carpet color pattern. You cannot even tell where the fiasco happened. By the way, ladies and gentlemen, make sure you stay clear of your rugs when you’re using nail polish, lol. Not my best move. Tippy toes included for polish color reference. Thank you for making such an indestructible product, Loloi!

    For the price for a 9X12 rug the quality is as expected. Not plush but covers my floor which is what I wanted. Just an
    FYI .. I expected the rug to be shipped, rolled in plastic. The rug was shipped in a large box. Once I laid it on the floor it did have the usual " bumps" which will settle over time and if you put weight on those spots. I did have once section that was heavily creased from where it was folded. The crease ran the entire length of the rug. I used an iron w/ a cloth on top of the rug to apply some heat & steam. It did make it better but if you look closely, you can still see it . Also one edge of the rug where it has the stitching had a 6" section that was damaged & frayed. Luckily that was underneath my couch. On a positive the colors were as pictured. I kept the rug because I felt if I had returned it , a new one would most likely have the same issues ( deep crease from how it is shipped ) . In my case it gets the job done & was affordable for a 9X 12 rug .
