Listen by no fault of its own, I think I can explain the return rate on the Denim/Multi rug at least and that’s it is much darker than the photos portray. It is absolutely gorgeous but if you have darker floors like me and need some contrast it just wasn’t the tone I was looking for. However if you have light floors and light furniture it would be a great fit for your room most likely if you like the pattern.
If Amazon wants to improve return rates they should start including the Pantone grid of colors in the listing photos that some rug companies have started. It’s so much more helpful for such a heavy to return item.
